Whole Roasted Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower
OK so this recipe isn’t really Thanksgiving week appropriate. But I decided I don’t care. haha!! Its so delicious that its worth posting anyways. You can always make it a day or two after when you just want some veggies!!
I don’t care what vegetable it is- everything is better breaded. There’s no arguing that.
This cauliflower is delightfully crispy on the outside and fork tender on the inside. To be honest I’m not a huge Buffalo sauce person- it’s my husbands favorite. But I found that the finished product without the optional drizzle isn’t too spicy. It’s just right. I give the extra sauce to my husband and he pours every bit of it on.
