Flourless Grain & Yeast Free Honey “Wheat” Bread

The past week I got a surprising amount of comments asking for a Yeast Free Bread. Which reminded me that a few years back I created this lovely and SIMPLE grain free loaf of bread. The texture is really nice and surprisingly legit for being paleo, grain and yeast free.

This loaf just uses a standard bread pan and the loaf is on the smaller side. Its not on the same level as recent bread creations.. BUT Its really good for what it is using the clean ingredients that it uses! If I had more restrictions I would happily make and enjoy this recipe. (I did for a long time!!)

In the near future I will play with doubling this recipe and making it in my new larger gluten free bread pans- and see what magic I can make happen. But for now- I really wanted to get this posted as I know many of you will really enjoy it!!
