Gluten & Grain Free Wheat Thins!
Finding copies of my best selling cookbook Every Last Crumb has become increasingly hard. I don’t believe that is is still in print. That book is truly special (to me) and the recipes in it are timeless! I couldn’t let the recipes just fade away since the book is not easily available. I wanted to make sure that the recipes live on & that people who are newer to following my work can have a chance to make them too. Therefore I’m going to be adding them here to the club a little at a time so that they can be printed & used forever. <3
I often like to have my husband taste test things for me blind and have him guess what I made. A silly game for sure, but it really helps me know if I got the results I wanted! Upon a bite of these crackers he knew right away they were wheat-thins! The mix of shortening, and oil allow these crackers to be a bit flaky and crisp, all at the same time. They are really simple to make and the payoff is way better than you could imagine!
