Grain Free Oyster Crackers!
Finding copies of my best selling cookbook Every Last Crumb has become increasingly hard. I don’t believe that is is still in print. I should probably find out.. but in a way I don’t want to know officially.. because it means it’s the end of an era. That book really changed my life and pushed me to my limits. I taught myself how to bake on a whole new level. I’ll never forget the day the book made it all the way up to the #33 best selling book period on all of amazon. That was the height of my career without a doubt :).
I digress- since the book is so loved & pretty hard to come across I wanted to make sure that the recipes live on & that people who are newer to following my work can have a chance to make them too. Therefore I’m going to be adding them here to the club a little at a time so that they can be printed & used forever.
This simple little recipe for oyster crackers is fun to make and I remember them tasting just like the real thing! Perfectly salty and amazing in soup! You can store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them nice and crispy. I recommend that over room temperature as almond flour baked goods tend to get softer as they sit.
